Returns & Refunds

A non-defective product is eligible for a refund provided that it is returned to us without defects, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, within 30 days after its purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 10 days after receiving your returned item, and do not include the original shipping cost and custom duties (if applicable). KAZEVER is not responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to the distribution center.

If, for any reason, the products received does not correspond to what you expected, please contact us for the address.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the refund amount will automatically be transferred to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you experience a delay with an approved refund, please also contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred, alternatively please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is fully transferred.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or special discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we’ll give you further instructions.

Problems or defects
In case you find a fault, defect, or other issue with your buying items when you open the box, you should report it to us within 30 days after purchase for a full refund.

If outside of the first 30 days, you find a fault with your buying items for defects listed herein, we will provide you with a replacement product. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our distribution center, and we will be responsible for shipping you the replacement.

In all the cases, a returned product will remain your responsibility until received by our team. Therefore, we recommend that you use a shipping method that allows you to securely track your shipment as we are not responsible for packages lost during transit.

Please package the product as safely as you can and ship it to us(if applicable).
