< Delivery Time >

Inventory products are usually shipped within 3-7 days, and customized products are shipped according to the agreed time.

 

< Shipping Method >

  1. via DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT or other shipping way,shipping time usually 7-20 working days , the specific destination and transportation conditions shall prevail.
  1. via some economical way such as by sea or by train.
  1. the above transportation methods encounter uncontrollable factors such as extreme weather, customs inspection, flight delays, etc., which cause delayed package arrival. Customers cannot use this as a reason for returning the package.

 

< Standard Shipping >

Most standard shipments are sent via DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT or other logistic way. The specific service depends on the size and weight of your order.

 

Packages usually reach their destination in 3-15 business days after shipped out, but occasionally take longer.

 

< Customs Duties >

All orders are shipped using DAP shipping terms by default, under which all customs duties are borne by the customer.

These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:

  1. Country/location of origin of the purchased product
  1. Local VAT rates
  1. Local import taxes

It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.

* We will bear the customs duties for packages that have negotiated the use of DDP transportation terms.

 

< Tracking Your Package > 

We will send you the tracking number once the package sent out.You can track it on express website.

 

<Lost / Damaged Parcel>

Please confirm that the package has a complete and undamaged appearance before signing for delivery.

If the item was sent to your home, ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery, please also check if the item has been left with a neighbour.

If the item was sent to your work address, check with the reception and your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery.
